Key Responsibilities:

overseeing the order processing teams and support functions of CSS
administration of the department in terms of work allocation and daily duties
ensure all staff can carry out their functions, back-up for team leaders
communication with supervisors and sales team
ensuring that defined processes are carried out by all team members, verify compliance throughout order processing; define, communicate and coordinate resolution of problems
develop new functions within the CSS department (e.g. e-commerce) and ensure proper integration in existing business processes
prepare regular reports on customer and business development and carry out sales controlling in alignment with SCM management
coordinate and / or set-up the support of CSS related is tools where required (e.g. web shop, salesforce)
plan, verify and improve capacities and performance of the team
support operational tasks as necessary and ensure proper communication channels are available and utilized internally an d externally
conduct team meetings, participate in company meetings to represent CSS department
ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules and regulations and conduct regular reviews as appropriate; have proper routines in place to ensure correctness of applicable master data; handle sales related contract management
other tasks as assigned by SCM management


Key Requirements:

college degree in business management
eight to ten years experience in customer service area, service-oriented business development, exposure to e-commerce
good English skill in written and speaking;
excellent customer service spirit;
can working under high pressure;
strong problem solving ability, process orientation, structured reporting and documentation
good leadership (staff support and development, coordination, planning, back-up)
good communication skill (to peers, staff and supervisors)
