Job Title :
IT Manager for CRM(Microsoft)
Main Accountabilities:
1. Consult internal customers, clarify their requests in detail.
2. Management of IT projects, collaboration in IT projects, this includes project lead, secure project management process, analyze and optimize complex processes, document detailed technical concept, supervise customizing, implementation, documentation, and tests; support of key users, coordination of external companies and partners. Complete coordination and adjustment together with the Sales Region Manager, the identified Key Users for business processes and the process experts from Group Information Management department.
3. Support in case of process changes (As-Is analysis, creation of detailed concept, cost estimation).
4. Analysis of software requests (check of coverage rate in standard application, creation of detailed concept, cost estimation).
5. Second Level Support for provided IT applications (Incident, Change and Problem Management).
6. Software Maintenance, Improvements.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor of computer science or equivalence
2. Very good know how in:
3. Microsoft CRM (processes application and customizing).
4. Good knowledge of either Microsoft Navision ERP or SAP ERP sales and service modules.
5. Business processes of at least 2 core or processes of sales, marketing or service
6. Project management (with international teams).
7. Interface- and communication technologies.
8. Architecture of the used platforms.
9. Documentation.
10. Work in an international company.
11. Flexible work time (on weekends and public holidays if required), travelling including other countries will be expected.
12. Excellent problem solving skill, can work under pressure.
13. ITIL process /skill level: professional
14. Microsoft Office products / skill level: professional
15. MS Project / skill level: professional
16. MS Operating Systems, network technologies / skill level: advance
