Project reference and satisfaction follow-up
Monthly Company/Projects updates Quarterly competitors update,(Market Trend,Product,Pricing, Promotion, Channel etc.)-50%

Interior Decoration Market Development:
Dig deep in new application in Interior Decoration Market.
Improve Brand Awarness to end users 
Trainings to stakeholders including designer,owners,contractors,purchasers and installers. Samples/shop front display in decoration companies and retail stores
Study the demand of stakeholders,generate brand and promotion strategy.-20%

Market Study
Study on market environment, industry, and competitors analysis. Explore new opportunities and new potential market.
Different target group demand for various channels. 
Customer Satisfaction Survey for customers'need, and improve products and services-20%

Sales Support/Marketing Promotion
Responsible for Brand and project promotion(Architectual & Design Institute, Distributor) Evaluate the implementation.
Plan, monitor and analyze Seminars effects monthly.
Monitor Projects, Collect project photos with satisfactory effects.
Conduct project Tracking every month.
Regular Support on Marketing Materials Applications
Responsible for annual or monthly department budget, and monitor usage fees Any other marketing tools development-10%

Education Background:
Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business, MBA is a plus

Work Experience:
More than 10 years experience in strategic marketing with strong experience in aspects of pricing, market segmentation and gap analysis. Working experience in MNC, building materials manufacturing, project & retail channels management is preferable.

Ability and Skill:
.Fluent in both oral and written English & Mandarin
.Initiative, creative, strategic thinking with strong presentation skills；
.Strong teamwork,executive ability,coordinating and negotiation skills
.Good command of Computer. .Highly driven and extroverted personality willing to go the extra mile 
.Relevant B2B marketing experience in industries such as raw materials, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, automotive or broader industrial products would be an advantage 
.Must possess a strong sense of commercial acumen and have significant experience in market segmentation and pricing strategy
.Very strong communication skills and ability to distil large amounts of information into concise and impactful presentations
.Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to be able to manage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
