职位描述：
JOB TITLE: Leader Engineer – HVAC control modules and interface CRE
DEPARTMENT: Electric / Electronics
REPORTS TO: Group leader
HIERARCHY: L3

Objectives of the Job:
1. Specializes in the development, integration and maintenance of the data related to the vehicle Electronic Control Units and subsystems.
2. Interfaces with internal and/or external suppliers while making sure that specific component and/or subsystem developed according to the requirements,
3. Validated according to the automotive standards with functionality and updates maintained through the lifecycle of the product.
4. Interfaces with other development teams in the engineering, manufacturing and project management departments to insure timely and high quality deliverables produced by the company

Main Duties:
5. Responsible for development and maintenance of component and/or subsystem requirements with regard to HVAC control modules and control interface
6. Work closely with HVAC team for requirement and lead suppliers to meet all requirements including styling/engineering/cost/quality/timing requirements
7. Responsible for maintenance of the engineering data related to the specific component and/or subsystem
8. Responsible for defining component and/or subsystem test requirements according to the standards and best practices in automotive industry
9. Support plant during different program phase when necessary
10. Interfacing with the electrical architecture team, styling design team and packaging team
11. Interfacing with HVAC team, supporting calibration when necessary

Qualification:
1. BS, in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree
2. 5+ years of experience in component designing electrical components at automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier
3. Experience amplifier, speakers and sound system
4. Practical knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, LIN, K-Line, UDS, Flexray, etc.)
5. Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of communication BUS analysing tools (CANAlyzer, etc.)
6. Understanding of basics for electrical engineering as science
7. Know about relative regulations, experience working with EV and HEV platforms is a plus
