职位描述：
岗位职责
1、负责执行货代行业进出口操作流程，包括：编制各种外贸单据、订舱、配载等；
2、联系客户以及国外代理，与客户保持良好的沟通与交流；
3、维持与运输、船公司之间的沟通；
4、处理各类突发事件并及时向上级汇报；
5、完成上级交办的其他相关工作；
6、熟练处理操作事务：联系及拜访客户、报价、订舱、安排客户出货事宜、核对及交付文件、帐单处理、应收应付款催收、跟踪货物。

任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，航运及货代、外贸、英语专业毕业者优先；
2、熟悉货代操作流程，熟悉货运代理业务及相关专业知识；
3、英文书写熟练 4级或以上（英语、粤语熟练者优先考虑），应用熟练，熟悉office等办公软件；
4、工作认真负责，思维敏捷，有良好的客户服务意识以及沟通能力，协调能力强，有一定的领导能力。
