Job Objective职位目标：
1) Manage the brand marketing budget, delivering programs within agreed budget
2) Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
3) Ensure effective management of the digital marketing, advertising and promotional activities and PR of the organization

2) Can plan and well execution within limited budget
3) Creative , innovation, leadership, strong communication skill

Role and Responsibilities工作角色与职责：
1) Responsible for brand marketing budget and plan action plan accordingly, include execution and mornitor
2) Cooperation with cross functional team ,ensure the KPI achievement
3) Build a team work and professional brand marketing team
  
Requirements and/or Advantages应聘要求
1) Bachelor’s degree or above , MBA preferred
2) At least 10 years marketing or brand management , same industry preferred
