职位描述：
Main Duties:
?Provide professional design and review work by using the corporate standards to the assigned systems and packages of Fire alarm, VESDA, PA, Security system(incl. Access control, CCTV, intrusion alarm) and IT structured cabling system etc.;
?Liaise/negotiate/clarify/resolves technical issues with client and consultants by performing the organizational function of a System Expert. Presenting the required and assigned design and engineering documents (English is needed);
?Works closely with Project Manager(s) and Client(s) on all daily project operations, ensures the effective technical support for projects assigned;
?Actively support the project coordination. In charge of Interdisciplinary & intra-disciplinary coordination by following the relevant schedule;
?Provide professional engineering input, review and implement required changes to all aspects of the design relating to the assigned systems or packages;
?Review and comment third party design documents on the assigned systems or packages;
?Support the Tender process by providing tender technical document ,participating in the relevant tender reviews, meetings and provide valuable input and technical evaluation;
?Generate Bill of Quantity for the assigned work following the project stage;
?Provide professional input to RFI’s under the assigned system or package;
?Attends coordination, site, department and other meetings as scheduled;
?Provide technical leadership and assign specific tasks to junior levels of Engineers within the Department Section and assign the workload to them for support in communication and under direction of the Section Lead and the Discipline Lead;
?Pro-actively provide Lessons Learned input for their relevant areas and interfaces and obtain Lessons Learned input from other projects
 
Requirements:
?Degree in Automation, Control , Telecom System Engineering or related disciplines
?12 years of professional work experience
Related experience and Detailed knowledge for industrial projects such as semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and chemical.
?Design institute background is preferable.
?Good communication skill is essential.
?Good spirit of responsibility is essential
?Pro-active to cooperate with project team and section team members.
?Must be with a good command of Fire alarm system, VESDA system.
 ?Related experience of engineering at site is preferable .
?Be proficient in Chinese GB codes, especially GB50116-2013
?Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
?Good skill of using Microsoft office software and Auto CAD is essential
