Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

* Staff and develop high-performance, global team focused on innovation, new product design / development, and product cost-out. * Provide technical leadership for strategic planning and business execution of product programs including Session T, GPB, and SII for UPS products * Help the UPS team Generate and maintain Multi Generational Product Plans * Develop New product Introduction (NPI) requirements for key programs, support legacy products, drive cost-out and quality and interface with the product commercial teams * Plan and execute New Product Introductions from concept through market introduction * Support Commercial and Manufacturing teams in technical issues regarding these products * Manage a team of engineers, budgets, NPI schedules and deliverables.

Qualifications/Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering* Minimum 8 years’ experience in product design, development or technical management of UPS products or related experiences * Fluent in English and Chinese * Business Travel is required
