职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure all the T&E expense reimbursement check in SAP as per company's policy;
- T&E bookkeeping & validation to ensure all transactions are correctly booked in SAP and initiate adjustment if necessary;
- Communicate with employee for mistakes identified and follow up the correct action accordingly within the deadline;
- Communicate with employee about company’s T&E policy and keep update of policy if necessary;
- Perform T&E analysis and prepare the monthly report within the deadline;
- Monthly voucher filling
- Other works as line manager required

Requirments:
- Bachelor major in accounting or finance
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- live in Minhang strict is preferred
- Good at excel, SAP Knowledge is plus
- Good communication skill, Speak and write English well 举报 分享
