职位描述
Job Duties:
· Overall conduct customer assistance and consultations in executing international payments, sensitive transactions, requirements on Straight-Through-Processing (STP), correct formatting of SWIFT instructions etc.
· Monitoring of the customer’s investigation process, tracking incoming / outgoing payments requests, coordinating with other Group offices to provide responses to the customers.
· Consultations in relation to the account opening requirements including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure and renewal of documents in case of modifications in constituent documents.
· Monitoring of relevant Group communications with customers and transmitting relevant information to customers.
· Improving the Bank’s competitiveness in the payments and clearing market by providing customized services to cater to clients’ specific requirements and exploring business opportunities to expand the Bank’s share of customer wallet through cross-selling opportunities.
· Analysis of customer’s cash flows on respective accounts, balances, Straight-Through-Processing etc. Analysis of tariffs and fees and preparation of proposals aimed at optimization of payments through the customer’s NOSTRO accounts in liaison with PCM Sales.
· Contributing to the development of PCM products and identifying ways to improve operational efficiencies
· Provide consultation to the Sales Team and participate in deal teams to secure mandates.
· Contribute to enhance the team’s productivity and sustain a high quality client-centric service culture.
· Provide assessment of existing and new products and identify current and future product/system development needs.
· Contribute to the development and coaching of the team to foster strong team work and high team morale.

· Abide by human resources and other HSBC policies in support of our ethical and respectful work environment.
· Complete other responsibilities, as assigned.
· Offer effective client service to clients by reengineering key implementation processes and ensuring the continuous improvement of Key Performance Indicators.
· Apply compliance; maintain HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators; adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with HSBC and regulatory standards, policies and practices; report issues and operational loss events.
Job Requirements:
· Good knowledge in Economics, Finance or similar at university degree (recognized by the state) level
· Minimum 3 years banking experience in client-facing roles
· Sound understanding of banking business fundamentals
· Good knowledge of SWIFT standards, investigation process and KYC procedure
· Commonsense, tact and customer service skills
· Proven cross-sell experience is highly regarded
· Good analytical and writing skills
· Ability to prioritize and good organizational skills
· Strong team building skills promoting an environment of co-operation and trust within teams.
· Advanced PC user (MS Office, Lotus Notes)
· Fluent English
