Duties and Key Responsibilities of the role岗位职责
1. 与生产经理一起评估生产过程，设计并实施研究方案；应用产品设计、制造、装配、模具和材料知识，与设备供应商商议，从运营商征求意见。Together with Production Manger evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators.
2. 通过研究产品的需求，开发制造工艺，研究、设计、修改和测试生产方法和设备，并与设备供应商进行协商Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors
3. 通过分析和规划工作流程、空间要求和设备布局，提高生产效率 Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout
4. 通过设计测试方法，保证产品和工艺质量；测试成品和过程能力；建立标准；确认生产过程 Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes
5. 通过计算生产、劳动力和材料成本，提供生产决策信息，审查生产计划，估计未来的需求。Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.
6. 通过收集、分析和总结信息和趋势来准备产品和工艺报告Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
7. 通过回答问题和要求提供制造工程信息。Provides manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests.
8. 维护产品和公司的声誉，遵守政府的规定Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.
9. 通过协调维修和维修服务，保持设备的运作；遵循制造商的指示和建立的程序，来要求特别的服务Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures, requesting special service.
10. 通过编写计算机程序来维护产品和工艺数据；输入数据Maintains product and process data base by writing computer programs; entering data.
11. 通过培训和指导技术人员来完成设计和开发项目Completes design and development projects by training and guiding technicians.

Most important duties最重要的职责:
1. 提高生产安全Improve safety in production.
2. 提高生产效率Improve the production efficiency
3. 支持产品开发部门制作产品操作规程：新产品和老产品更新更新Support Product Development Department for SP:s new and updates of old
4. 向生产部门的其他员工提供培训Provide training to other workers in the production department.
5. 完成所有生产过程的计划、指导和协调Complete end to end planning, direction and co-ordination of all the manufacturing processes.
6. 对生产质量控制过程的评价和建议Evaluate and suggest recommendations on the manufacturing quality control processes.
7. 列出应遵循的程序，工装夹具和建议List of processes to be followed, tooling and suggest fixturing.
8. 计算工作区的要求和设计策略，有效利用工作空间Calculate the workspace requirements and design strategies to utilize the workspace effectively.
9. 计算生产成本，对现有生产和新产品的时间Calculate the production cost, time involved for existing production and new products.
Requirements岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，机械等相关专业 Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering
2. 5年及以上相关工作经验，机械设备行业5+ years working experience in Mechanical equipment industry;
3. 了解PLC运算基础，熟练使用CAD及SolidWorks. Know PLC and familiar with CAD & SolidWorks;
4. 良好的英语写作、阅读和口语能力Good English in writing, reading and talking.
