职位描述
Key responsibilities
· Understands customer strategies, objectives and requirements.
· Identifies areas for improving the customers business and offers solutions.
· Is authorised to make commitments which fall within the tasks / frameworks given by the customer/account manager.
· Identify leads and, depending on role level, make additional and new sales to existing and new customers in cooperation with the responsible Account Manager/Global account manager.
· Contribute/participate in marketing efforts and Solution unit service/practice development work.
· Manage global assignments and handle discussions/communication with clients on mid to top management level and steering committees with ease of expression.
· Drive assignments efficiently, understand complex issues and point out opportunities and risks.
· Modelling and analysis of the target organisation regarding for example mission, vision, strategies, objectives, business process(es) and operations related to the core processes in focus.
· Propose any redesign/reengineering of the target organisation regarding for example mission, vision, strategies, objectives, business process(es) and operations related to the core processes in focus.
· Question assumptions and investigate different perspectives to an issue.
· Develop appropriate or alternative solutions to problems.
· Perform a cost/benefit analysis regarding the proposals.
· Firmly establishes the proposals.
· Executes the realization of the required business changes.
· Research and document complex issues and transform the result to presentations and reports that are well-arranged and easy to grasp.
· Coordinate and manage activities mentioned above, possibly in the role as assignment responsible for the initiatives on the customer side. The role requires business understanding, a driving and proactive mindset and the ability to handle risks.
· Follow the market trends within the core processes of focus, to be able to proactively develop the customer business.
· Act as a coach for the customer.
· Responsible for spotting trends.
· Builds and strengthens long-term relationship with customer managers.
· Responsibility for initiating and/or driving marketing efforts.
· Responsibility for initiating and/or driving Solution unit development work.
· Initiate and lead internal knowledge sharing events and deliver internal training for colleagues.
· Provides direction to colleagues on lower levels on managing customer expectations in assignments.
· Responsible for team member's motivation and well-being in the assignment.
Financial responsibilities
· Responsible for making the cost budget for the assignment
· Responsible to assist the AM in work with the customer (price) budget
· Responsible to track and control changes to the assignment, and to secure the approval of the impact of changes on the cost budget
