职位描述

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage the overall CVPs on B2C payment programs.

- Design and launch marketing campaigns for B2C payment.

- Drive sales through improved customer experience on B2C payment.

- Explore and realize partnership opportunities with third parties. Look for cooperation with major suppliers and achieve excellence in scheme design as well as cost efficiency.

- Interface with Global Lubes local team for support in promotion,campaign design & system optimization.

- Localize B2C payment programs,and transfer them into JVs for front-end implementation.

- Receive and analyze feedback from various local markets. Sustain efforts in managing B2C payment vehicles to strengthen CVPs.

- Provide MKT professional advice to JV MKT payment function.

- JVs are across different development stages that demands customized solutions to each. This requires in-depth understanding on both industry and JV status.

- Social discrepancies across various locations increase the difficulty in managing CVP and activities/schemes. Financial vehicles and service are on different stage of maturity that increases the difficulty in payment management.

- Customer habits and behaviors differ in the city tiers,and thus thorough considerations are required to develop fit-for-purpose campaigns.

- Payment methods impact Operations,Fleet and Finance. The candidate should have mature stakeholders management skills and integrate resource across multiple functions.


Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years experience in marketing related areas, with payment experience preferred.

- Has strong focus on customer and be able to develop solutions building on that.

- Has experience on payment solutions.

- Preferably has experience in leading a team or was on a supervisory position.

- Preferably has experience in a sizable company that involves multiple stakeholder mgt and intensive communication efforts.

- Has sound understanding of payment methods and be able to manage external stakeholders especially commercial banks.

- Stakeholder engagement skill is critical (at both local and global level).

- Domestic travel (normal frequency) is required to work with JVs.
