Responsibilities:

The role has responsibility for leading the Demand Planning process in China as deputy S&OP manager,be responsible of HK,building the local demand forecast at product/warehouse level over the 2-24 month time horizon,and facilitating forecast sign off by the Demand Cell Owners (Sales Directors and B2C SGM).

Synchronizes with the Central Forecast Team,understanding problems and mitigating opportunities supported by effective communication and enterprise first behaviours

The role also has shared responsibility with the S&OP manager for the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the S&OP process.

Requirements:

- Lubricants experience and prior S&OP highly desirable (e.g. Supply Chain, PLM, Sales/Marketing or Finance)

- Demonstrated data management and analytical capabilities as role involves management of significant amounts of data.

- Excellent communication and Inter Personal skills, ability to delivers results through Others

- Experience in working cross functionally and remotely with multiple stakeholders

- Demonstrated leadership ability as this role involves driving issues resolution across functions

- Capable of resolving disputes, assesses business risks, set priorities and makes proposals to B2C SGMs for approval

- Experience in implementation of sales and operations planning and related processes

- Self managing, ability to think on feet and solve complex planning issues
