Responsibilities:

Assess and administrate ETC proposals,taking into account synergies and fit with the technology strategy
Advise on preferred partners in collaboration with the Global Account Managers.
Assist businesses in: understanding ETC strategy as well as setting up new ETC relationships
Support the better understanding of scope and limitations of ETC as applicable to RDS
Arrange ETC & consultancy contracts,NDAs,and secrecy agreements etc using standard templates
Maintain overview of existing ETC program
Provide expertise to support ETC contracts
Own ETC communications plan (once developed by the global account managers),liaising with respective CX focal point and Technology Strategy communication focal point
Deliver messaging for internal / external communications wrt ETC
Initiate ETC commitments in JDE1W financial system;
Maintain ETC database,contracts archive as well as web interfaces
There are no direct reports.
understanding of consequences of geographical location with regard to ETC modus operandi (contracts,engagements)
support to global team (working in virtual environment)
Academic qualifications in a numerate subject
Experience in technical oil and gas relevant discipline
External mindset.
Ability to clearly communicate key issues and recommendations to senior leadership.
Strong verbal and written communication skills,including the ability to communicate effectively with many different types of stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of RDS Legal and IP department structures
Appreciation for,and interest in,IRD IP- and Technology strategy
Understanding of contacts and agreements
Excellent written and oral English skill
External mindset
Good interpersonal skills and initiative
Track record of delivery.

Requirements:

Drive application of systems and know-how related to ETC (external technology collaborations) through dedicated support to global ETC Advisors while fostering ETC mindset and development internally by working closely with Legal and Contract & Procurement. Ensuring application of ETC best practices, by liaising and/or making appropriate information available to stakeholders in RDS.
