Responsibilities:

The Asset Support Engineer key role is to coordinate and advise the input for the BP / WP & B and production / maintenance planning activities with both internal and external parties. Acts as the Operational Excellence (OE),OI(Operations Integrity),MIE(Maintenance Integrity Execution) and FAIR-ER(Facilities Asset Integrity Review -Equipoment Review ) custodian to oversee and follow up with the implementation of these initiatives & activities and also as the Asset focal point for the interfaces with the internal multi-functional teams,regional and local stakeholders and to draft and update the Asset reports (incl minutes of meeting) and KPIs.

The Asset Support Engineer is based in Beijing,but will be required to travel regularly to Yulin (at least 10 days cumulative stay in Yulin per month)

- Provide inputs to the Changbei Weekly and Monthly Reports on behalf of the Asset team in Yulin.

- Provide Changbei Highlights and TQ performance to UIA on monthly basis.

- Enter Production KPI's into KPI portal on monthly basis.

- Provide Changbei production performance and LE to UIA on monthly basis.

- Plan and coordinate performance improvement initiatives on Changbei Asset.

- Prepare Business Plan (BP) and Work Program and Budget (WP&B) on yearly basis.

- Responsible for budgeting and monitoring expenditures in BP,WP&B and monthly VOWD (Volume Of Work Done) report and budget accruals

- Raise CTR ( Cost Time Resource ) for resource call-off from other operating Units.

- Update the Asset Reference Plan on yearly basis.

- Prepare Asset Assurance Plan on yearly basis.

Requirements:

- At least an Engineering degree

- At least 8 yrs good experiences of Production and Maintenance activities.

- Good experience of OE implementation.

- Familiar with BP and WP & B processes / activities

- Capable to interface with multifunctional teams and collate planning activities and budgeting

- Excellent in Networking / Communication and business skills

- Ability to communicate in mandarin is an added advantage

- Good understanding of Well Engineering, subsurface and Facility Engineering activities

- Strategic thinking ability.

- Basic computer skills; Word, Excel and PowerPoint and familiar with SAP
