DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description
1.Take lead for RMA, DPPM reduction to achieve internal target.
2.Push for continuous improvement internally for customer satisfaction.
3.Lead customer visit, audit & customer conference call when needed.
4.Graduated with bachelor degree or above.
Job Requirement
1.Over 8 years PCB industry experience, especially in Quality field.
2.Master quality tools.
3.Excellent skill in liaison with US, European reputable customer, including complaints, enquiries, development etc.
4.Excellent command in spoken & written English.
