Responsillity:
1.Detailed communication with clients about the positions for analysis and assessment (including positions described, the job duties and qualifications required)
2.Collect client Companies background, size, organizational structure, and business culture and competitor information;
3.Initial screening of candidates, with interviews and recommend interview, hiring, and recruitment procedures. (Academic background of the candidates, work experience, motivation, personality, capabilities, potentials and aspirations of salaries and other aspects of assessment)
4.According to the results of interviews, write evaluation report to recommend talent.
5.Maintain two-way communication with clients and candidates, to make coordination work.
6.Provide the units and individuals with professional human resources management consulting.
7.Familiar with the various recruitment channels. For example: network, newspapers and search services, good corporate relations with executive network, familiar with market developments.
8.Maintaining good relations with the old clients
