Job Description:
1. To organize and to manage China Development and Costing team daily operations;
2. Efficiently plan and monitor Developer's and Coster's working schedules;
3. To build, constantly update costing SOP (standard operation procedures) systems in SE Category in China and always training for Costing team;
4. Continually drive development and costing processes improvement. Establish and enforce SOP across all brands and divisions;
5. To establish effective communication between HQ – OSO-Suppliers;
6. To build loyal, mutually beneficial business models with factories through collaboration and teamwork based on Sportmaster standards;
7. To organise in the PrePlm system daily work, monitor Sample Production Schedule (SPS), including lab-dip schedule, RFQ, etc;
8. To build a transparent, fact-based and consistent costing platform for the responsible brands or categories. Focus on products and customers to drive optimization of price /value ratio;
9. To know how to set up the Bill Of Materials & computerized of cost sheet, the cost structure of China factories;
10. To be able with Costing team to prepare detailed conceptual cost estimates at the design concept stage (precosting), to identify cost impacts of proposed design changes to ensure cost-effectiveness;
11. To form and to check CBD (cost breakdowns) for developing products;
12. To take part in CBD confirmation process together with HQ Product Managers;
13. To prepare regular analytical reports including cost analysis, liabilities costing and value engineering;
14. To assist Head Office Senior Management in solving product development, costing, sourcing problems;
15. To assure Samples at every stage are signed in time and 100% according to TR, be ready to assist PM team to correct the documentation;
16. To Build up the system for Development travelling (standard timimng for different categories), efficiently planning for factory visits;
17. To complete all additional tasks appointed by Senior Management;
18. To provide weekly and seasonal reporting to Functional manager and Head of SE Production Dept HQ with Improvments plan and Pririties for fututre work;
19. KPI set upf rp the team and Seasonal Apprisal: motivate the satff with individual tasks.
Requirement:
1. Fluent in English. Russian language knowledge is add-value;
2. Familiar with office software including excel, word, ppt etc;
3. Major in Engineering. Successful experience in managing (supervising more than 10 people or more than 3 direct subordinates ) for more than 3 years.
Experience in product development in terms of samples production, merchandising and costing. Experience in sourcing is a plus.
Knowledge and understanding of the Asian market of fabric, PVC, steel, alluminium, bikes components, will be an advantage;
4. Technical/Engineering Higher Education, Management University degree is also possible;
5. Excellent analytical and structuring skills. Market analysis; Good negotiations skills; Strong in time management and problem solving; Ability to be a Leader; Team player and quick learner; Readiness for business trips.
