Job Description:
· Install equipment at customer's site, including equipment with new features, components,
inspect for damage, assemble, align and test.
· Evaluate and diagnose problems and make appropriate repairs.
· Maintain and optimize equipment on a daily basis to enhance functionality and prevent problems.
· Train customers in use and routine maintenance of equipment.
· Answer customer questions and assist customers in a professional manner.
· Act as a resource for users on routine malfunctions. Advise users of appropriate actions to
correct malfunctions.
· Perform pass-downs, field service reports, system problem reports,.Prepare written technical
reports on an independent basis.
· Should expect to spend more than 60~80% of the time inside the clean room working with mechanical
and electrical equipment.

Requirement :
· Bachelor/Master degree with major of Electrical Engineering, Automation or Computer Science.
· Good understanding and capability for troubleshooting .
· Good Skilled in English communication for both written and spoken.
· 3+ years semiconductor related working experience is perfect.
· Analysis techniques and tools
· Be able to work independently.
· Good communication skills and team-work spirit
· Experience in optics alignment.
