We (Horbo - 好伯咨询) are on behalf of our client to look for candidates for this position. Our client is a global market research firm with headquarter in US and branches all over the world.
Job description:
Responsible for the overall management and business performance of the the company business in the country or Region and to ensure the delivery of high quality marketing information services to clients. Also responsible for driving new business development opportunities, managing strategic global and regional client relationships and the implementation of regional as well as local initiatives in pursuit of the company vision and core purpose.
Monitor and anticipate external market trends and activities and develop strategies and business plans that will contribute to profitable business growth and sustainable competitive advantage.
Achieve revenue, profitability and quality with regards to the company service as well as other related business development objectives as structured for the market each year.
Provide product solutions and benefits to client business issues and opportunities by developing strategic initiatives for each client and also foster relationships with senior management of key clients in the responsible area
Identify areas of business opportunity and growth for the division in terms of markets and technology.
To lead business pitches for major new clients and new industries
Develop plans to support the implementation of new initiatives, products and services of the copmay.

Qualification:
BA / BS in numerate discipline required (MBA desirable).
8 to 10+ years FMCG (marketing / sales) or market research industry experience desired.
Strong in business development.
Strong leadeship and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Effective writing skills.
Fluent English in oral and written.
