Position Objective:
Provide technical sales supports and technical services for paper products through professional technical knowledge and skills.
Major Responsibilities
Technical Sales Supports
o Be active in technical sales promotions
o Keep up to date with future trend in paper making and in printing/converting,
o Identify unmet customer needs and convert it into R&D and/or innovation proposal to paper mill
o Conduct regularly internal technical trainings
o Lead technical trainings and services to the related/potential customers
o Initiate competitors’ quality benchmarking regularly
Claim Handling
o Support the standardization of claim handling processes
o Conduct claim investigation as requested, and provide on-site trouble-shooting recommendations when applicable
o Provide technical conclusion of customer claims and agree on with sales manager; and communicate with customers accordingly
o Support the sales managers to settle claims in a timely fashion and in the least possible compensation amount to the mill
o Update the claim information into the internal order handling system
o Report the root causes of all claims on monthly basis
Qualification and Requirements
o Minimum 5 years of technical customer service working experience
o Bachelor in printing, packaging or paper making is preferred
o Paper experience is a must
o Proven track record and capabilities within sales and customer contacts
o Fluent Mandarin both in verbal and written; good command of English
o Analytical and problem solving skills
o Strong communication skills, proactive, self-motivated, team player
o Willing to take frequent travel
