ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Along with those identified below, other duties may be assigned.

1.Describing the situation of a potential project and discussing about feasibility and asking for supportive ICP or lead time.

2.When something is wrong with chain between oversea division and us, needing to report it to the oversea division and discuss it with them for prevention and improvement. For example, quality issue.

3.Asking all facilities if necessary to expedite the process for certain case, such as design, quotation, delivery and so on.

4.Asking for ICP and lead time for some spare parts or even product.

5.Plant RMA and technical judgement during new product making

6.Technical and business confirmation towards Customers and CS order

7. Communication towards technical solution with overseas facilities

8.Announcing the project protection among the team.

9.Bridge between FSE/AE with all customer by daily communication and business coordination

10.Identify key opportunity from all channels, precise information feedback to Sales Manager and follow up

11.Internal assistant to whole business scope including contract preparation, agreement, account setup, reporting, follow up action etc.

12.Communicate with overseas inter-company partners by e-mail & phone

13.Maintain and Building up existing account SI and partners loyalty, scale our business opportunities with handling customer enquires and complaints

14.Drive and Feedback VOC of product, service gap to improve customer satisfaction and enhance our value proposition in the market


QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Ability to lead by example, setting high standards for effective communications both internally and externally.

2.Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook). Previous experience with an ERP system preferred (Oracle & SAP).

3.Demonstrated ability to learn quickly with a willingness to obtain functional knowledge and understanding of company products, policies and procedures.

4.Excellent oral & written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

5.Superior telephone etiquette.

6.Ability to understand and respond to customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

7.Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment to improve the service levels to customers.

8.Strong organizational skills.

9.Ability to work well in stressful situations and to remain calm and positive in adverse situations.

10.Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.

11.Ability to prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines for completion.
