职位描述：
- Drive manufacturing processes and production flow, set up production lay out
- Knows well about the production line setup, capacity analysis and 5S maintenance
- Establish and communicate manufacturing support documents, procedures or specifications (working instruction, routines, cost control, drawings, set ups…)
- Knows well about the assembly and common electrical tests of the welding machine or other similar equipment.
- Ability to manage day to day production support and problem solving independently and quickly, as well as developing the vision of manufacturing continuous improvement
- Design the fixtures needed for production or modify the current fixtures or equipments.
- Communicate with the equipment/fixture supplier about the technical details
- Suggest related investments
- Drive manufacturing cost control and cost reduction programs
- Act as the conduit for communicating and enforcing all company rules, policies and procedures for personnel conduct, company property, ethics, compensation, safety
- Propose solution to maximize production efficiency, productivity, respecting delivery times
- Define manufacturing time, minimize manufacturing costTrain, direct, and motivate personnel to produce the highest quality parts and products
- Act as a team player, within his team and other services, communicate with his peers, subordinates and hierarchy
-Make safety and environment the most important criteria in the working area and for the individual
- Inform the management of any specific significant issue
任职要求：
- Unsiversity degree, major in welding, mechanics or electricity
- At least 2 years working experience in transformer manufacturing or similar product manufacturing process. Welding or brazing process working experience is preferred.
- Good communication skill to cooperate with other department, production, design, QA, planning, purchasing and etc.
- Fluent mandarin, good English level at listening, speaking, reading and writing
- Good computer skills, MS office softward, Outlook, AutoCAD and etc.
