General Description
This position is responsible for lead a team of engineers and technicians to develop and implement the product deployment projects with system integrators and end users.
Job Responsibilities
? Ensure that the customer business and technical requirements are translated into engineering program specification, field project structure and execution plans.
? Manage engineers and project members to achieve various project milestone goals for the stage of P1, P2, EVT, DVT, PVT, MP within different customer sites.
? Serve as both team leader and individual contributor in the delivery of project reports and customer support.
? Meet with customers to understand and document the project requirements.
? Identify and acquire resources needed to complete projects.
? Develop and administer project scope, planning and budgets.
? Ensure that the projects are executed with embedded best practices of quality, auditability, efficiency and product life cycle.
? Build and foster relationship with the project members and stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
? Bachelor’s level degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or software engineering.
? Broad knowledge of engineering and manufacture practices, automation and measurement instrument is desired.
? Demonstrated expertise in one of the following areas is a plus: product R&D, customer service planning, business administration, people management, testing and analytical technology.
? Experience with consumer electronics manufacturing and tools is a plus.
? A demonstrated ability to lead a project team through the full project development process is required.
Less experience candidate can be considered as associate project manager or site leader.
