Online Markets (OLM) Operations Assistant Manager
China Role – Based in Shanghai
Full Time
The Online Markets (OLM) Operations Assistant Manager role is part of an exciting new digital project within JLL. They will be the first point of contact for new clients, work closely with the digital marketing team and interface with the brokerage teams on a day to day basis. It is an excellent entry role into JLL and candidates who demonstrate potential can quickly progress into either a brokerage role or digital role within the company.
Requirements:
? Answer client calls and qualify their enquiries
? Route calls and emails to the appropriate sales teams across China
? Connect with brokers to ensure enquiries have been followed up appropriately
? Enter new customer information into the system and update existing customer data where required.
? Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
? Basic verification and correction of online information
? Basic marketing activities
Skills:
? Native Chinese speaker and competent with the different Chinese dialects
? Outstanding Verbal Communication skills
? Excellent listener
? Customer focused
? Attention to detail
? Basic data entry skills
? Good at building relationships
? Problem Solving
? Multi-tasking
? Punctuality
? Professionalism
? Degree in relevant business field
