职位概述Summary:

岗位职责:全面领导和管理与该产品相关的生产,工艺,战略采购与质量控制等。The position is responsible for product team overall management including production, processing, strategic procurement, quality control and engineering.

工作职责Responsibilities:

1. 在全球产品团队和工厂目标指导下, 负责该产品在本地的整体管理、指导、协调和控制,包括采购、工艺、生产和质量控制。

2.准备短期和长期本地生产能力的计划,并遵循全球产品团队和工厂的计划和预算。

3.通过成本的持续降低,人员和固定资产利用效率的持续改善,及库存的有效控制来保证产品的高效运作计划。

4. 带领产品团队严格遵守全球质量标准及本地质量体系及流程规范,不断提高产品的质量水平。

5. 同本地采购及工程团队共同协作,为成本降低及缩短产品交货期而不断推进国产化零部件项目,包括整个PPAP过程的管控。

6. 指导和监控该产品的日常生产,保证生产计划、质量标准、安全等问题能得到及时有效地解决。


7. 执行绩效管理项目,包括为每位产品团队的员工设定目标、制定个人发展计划、提供相关的培训和发展机会,并进行定期评估。

8. 与全球产品团队及本地所有相关职能部门之间保持紧密的联络与合作,以得到及时有效地支持。

9. 促进和提供有利于员工士气、良好工作态度、和高效的工作环境。促进团队成员,团队之间以及其他领域,包括同销售部门的沟通。有效解决差异和、或冲突的情况。帮助清除障碍。

10. 积极参与工厂5S,TPE,工艺控制等相关的定期过程审核及年度ISO质量审核。

11. 管理与本地产品相关的财务,包括制定、执行和控制在现金花费、固定资产投资和人员方面的预算。

12. 负责其它由职能或行政管理经理安排的任务。

1. Overall management of local product team related functions including production, processing, strategic procurement, quality control and engineering, and assurance within global product team and plant goals and objectives.

2. Prepares short and long range plans for production capacities, schedules and budgets consistent with global product team and plant policies and direction.

3. Insures that operating plans provide for progressive improvements in reducing costs, maximizing effectivity of product team personnel and fixed assets, and reducing production inventory.

4. Insures that product quality plans under the follows-up of global quality standard and local quality procedure and process.

5. Work closely with the local purchasing & engineering department to boost the components localization progress with the whole PPAP process ownership.

6. Directs and monitors daily production activities to insure that any problems relating to production schedules, quality standards, safety, etc. are promptly and effectively resolved.

7. Implement a Performance Management Program in Product Team including objective setting individual development plans for each team member, providing related training and development opportunities, and conduct periodic reviews.

8. Keep smooth communications with global product team and local functional departments for getting strong supports.

9. Promotes and provides a working environment conducive to team members’ morale, good work attitudes, and maximum effectiveness. Facilitates communications among team members, between teams and other areas, and with sales. Resolves differences and/or conflict situations effectively. Helps remove barriers.

10. Actively involve the regular factory wide audits of 5S, TPE, process control and yearly ISO_9000 audit as well.

11. Manage product team related finances including budgeting and execution to budget in the areas of expenses, capital investment, and headcount.

12. Other activities as assigned by functional or administrative management.


职位要求Requirements:

1. 机械工程或相关专业本科或硕士。

2. 至少5年相关职位的管理工作经验;有机械和/或液压行业的工作经验者优先。

3. 深刻理解产品设计与制造的流程和方法;对液压和/或机械产品的加工及装配工艺有较好了解;熟练掌握APQP,PPAP等工具。

4. 掌握问题解决工具(如8D)者尤佳。

5. 良好的英语和中文口语和写作能力。

6. 良好的团队合作和交流能力;易于合作。

7. 熟练应用Word,Excel,Power point和MS Project。

8. 有时需要到国外出差。


1. Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

2. At least 5 years management experience in equivalent position; work experience in mechanical and/or hydraulic industry is preferred.

3. Very good understanding of design and manufacturing process and methodology; good understanding of hydraulic and/or mechanical product manufacturing processes; very good knowledge of APQP and PPAP processes.

4. Developed problem solving skills like 8D is a plus.

5. Fluent oral and written English and Chinese.

6. Excellent team work and communication skill; easy to work with.

7. Familiar with Word, Excel , Power point and MS project.

8. Some international travel required.
