Strategic Purchaser 战略采购

Location: Shanghai; Wuxi

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Execute category/ Non-category strategies and action plans
* Lead/ Support/participate in negotiations, secure capacity and forecasting
* Manage supplier performance and relationship with Category Managers
* Analyze future demand trends in cooperation with sales or other involved functions
* Gather and analyze spend and supplier data & benchmarking
* Communicate progress and developments to Sourcing Managers

REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor or Master degree on mechanical engineering
* Minimum 8years working experiences in Multinational Company with at least 3…5 years sourcing (or operational purchasing) experience for mechanical parts (e.g. castings)
* Fluent in both oral and written English
* Good knowledge about material and material process
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Experiences on Cost Analysis/Risk Management/Contract Law
* Willing to travel inside China and abroad
