职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
1. Support Business Development team in the renewal and extension of existing accounts by demonstrating value of cooperation with International SOS
2. Demonstrate knowledge & understanding of all relevant clients, target market trends & competitive environment
3. Work with BDM to elaborate, develop and implement strategic Account Management plan covering: periodical service reviews with clients, client trainings, co-marketing & promotion activities
4. Work with BDM to drive client communications with their customers, proactively engage clients to promote service utilizations and effectively manage clients’ expectation
5. Monitor Account Receivables and assist with collection of Account Receivables which are either problematic or over 60 days
6. Develop long-lasting, multi-layered relationships with existing customers to provide account stability, grow client trust and generate account extension sales
7. Ensure that all International SOS products, services and delivery processes are fully understood by the client and utilized by end-users
8. Respond to client service requests/complaints in an efficient manner
Qualifications:
1. Account servicing experience in a business-to-business environment
2. Data analysis work experience
3. Experienced in making presentations to clients
4. 2-5 years’ experience in service industry
5. Presentation skill: able to use marketing language to communicate and demonstrate International SOS value
6. People skill: relationship building and nurturing (both internal and external customers)
7. Customer Orientation (internal and/or external customers)
8. Computer skill including Word/Excel & PowerPoint
