职位描述：


工作职责：
? Create the reliable production plan and monitor the achievement status
? Organize to analyze the reason for un-planned production stop
? Collect production data and static them for root cause analysis
? Plan the demand and order the production relevant material to guarantee the production can fulfill requests
? Match and Realize the customer request and orders to the projects discrete
? To develop, implement and manage the production including ramp up according to the process
? Manage the production and support the production in material issues
? Delivery plan arrangement, incl. sub supplier , stock control and alert
? Daily production status feedback
? Create and update the Production documentation incl. continuous improvement of processes
? Competent to read and understand technical drawing , BOM…and create from these base the needed structure for production
? Maintain the database of production status in ERP System (SAP)
? Knowledge in ERP-Systems (SAP)
? Compliance with the Company EHS policy
? Prevent waste of materials, working time, and all resources
? Other duties as assigned by Plant Manager

经验要求：
? Bachelor’s degree and above, major in work study , engineering or machinery background
? Over 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment, automotive industry is needed (Understand the formalities from OEM)
? Good English in verbal and written, German speaking would be preferred.
? Good knowledge of the relation of sales forecast, production plan
? Good knowledge of the organization and the manufacturing of products
? Familiar with ERP-Systems, especially in SAP
