Job Responsibilities:
Drive a performance climate through line manager coaching in the effective use of performance management processes. Develop the behaviors (feedback and coaching) that differentiate performance.
Conduct staff FRC (Functional Resources Committee) and support on central CD talent pipeline building.
Coach individual business partners to effectively lead and manage their teams and drive them towards the successful.
Responsible for CD MT program execution.
Assist on the key projects centered on organization design, talent management, reward, recruitment and capability building.
Interface with HR service provider for delivery of core HR services, monitor quality and timeliness of service provision.
In charge of CD HR monthly report and data consolidation.
Other job tasks/projects assigned.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree above, major in HR preferred
2- 5 yrs of HR experience with MNC working background
Previous HR Business Partner experience is preferred
Experience of managing change would be an advantage
