To be effective as a digital marketing manager you need a variety of skills and experience. You need the ability to develop digital strategy at a high level, while also being able to execute on a project level.
You must be analytical with data, and also have had hands on experience with digital marketing channels like: SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Most importantly you need to be data driven and always be thinking about how you can use the “test, measure and learn” methodology to progressively grow your
Responsibilities:
? Digital Marketing tools:
o SEO
o SEM/PPC campaigns
o Mobile marketing (includes app-based, in-game, location-based and SMS marketing)
o Affiliate marketing,
o Social media marketing.

? Digital Marketing Budgeting
? Data/analytics tracking
? Strong background in performance marketing: A/B testing platforms, user conversions, LTV, CLV calculations. Familiarity with tools such as: RJ Metrics, Omniture
? Keeping up to date on new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums;
? Work with the CRM Director, to effectively and continuously improving the customer journey using marketing automation technology to both optimize the customer experience and identify efficiencies by maximizing digital channels
? Work with CRM Director on customer loyalty and to enhance lifetime customer value
? Lead, manage and motivate a team to deliver consistent high performance against defined objectives and best-in-class service
? Other duties as reasonably requested
KPI Benchmarks:
1. Revenue growth from across the product portfolio in line with the commercial digital marketing program and ROI benchmarks
2. Maintaining and developing eStores and websites, backed up with best in class analytics and testing, that meet or exceed conversion benchmarks and other benchmarks
This role requires:
1. Managing complex digital campaigns from end-to-end
2. Extensive B2C marketing experience through official websites, platforms (tmall/taobao, JD.com, etc.), including mobile
3. Experience in working with cross-functional teams and web developers in developing and launching new sites and estores that make a game-changing commercial impact
4. Command of the latest, globally available as well as China-specific marketing automation tools and practices, with experience of building customer journey-led strategy
5. Familiarity with user-experience (UX / UI) best practice
6. Strong knowledge around filtering web analytics to drive decision-making and innovation
7. Experience managing teams
8. Significant experience of working with, influencing and presenting to senior stakeholders in a corporate environment
9. Experience of securing resources for local projects whilst collaborating on global initiatives
10. Excellent written and verbal communication, with an eye for detail
