职位描述：

Responsibilities

1. Own relationship with supplier(s) in Asia

- Establish relationship at all levels.

- Represent Heilind as the point of escalation.

- Execute marketing plans to ensure continuous growth.

- Negotiate special deals eg. pricing for high volume customers.

- Responsible to bring in new product lines.

- Negotiate for the best cost within the INDIVIDUAL subsidiary applicable for decentralized supplier.

- Maintain & grow Market Share

2. Work with Sales Teams to penetrate Asia market.

- Bridging point for sales and suppliers.

- Evaluate customer’s business opportunities.

- Coordinate with Sales Teams to achieve company objectives, including revenue and GP$

- Engagement in contract price extension and customer pretention migration activities.

3. Work with Asset team to build inventory to support Sales Teams

4. Represent Heilind Asia as the link with Product Management in NA

5. Work closely with all other functions eg Finance, Marcom, Warehouse etc to support company’s objectives

Requirement

1. Bachelor Degree of Engineering/Business/Marketing

2. Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the electronics industry

3. Sales experience in Sensor is a MUST

4. Disciplined, Logical, Analytical and an organized approach to Work.

5. Ability to travel.

6. Team player with excellent communication skills, both oral and written in Chinese and English.
