As an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Supervisor, you will provide leadership, mentoring,
and direction to hourly, salaried and management personnel to insure employee health and the
environment are protected. You will also, conduct and supervise activities that insure compliance
with governmental regulations and corporate policies.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
?Develop and drive a sustainable safety strategy & culture
?Integrate with local government & CAT corporate Safety in relation to legal & regulatory
requirements
?Accelerate safety improvements, learning, analysis and activities in continuous improvement
requirements
?Accelerate safety improvements, learning, analysis and activities in continuous improvement
?Manage and Coach EHS Team and safety (OSHA) agencies
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree or above
* Strong understanding of environmental/health/safety regulations and corporate standards. 5 years in EHS functions required
* Strong communication skills, Fluent in both Chinese and English
* EHS Experience in MNC or Manufacturing Facility
Desired Qualifications:
* Leadership Experience
* Safety Engineering, Environment Engineering Education background
* Safety/Environment Certification Holder
