Position: Event Marketing and PR Manager

Reporting into:
? Sales & Marketing Director Greater China

Sub-ordinates:
? Event Marketing Executive

Key Accountabilities:
? Build our brands in China via event and PR initiatives
? Timely and flawless execution of all event & PR activities
? Manage corporate, product and customer events & PR budget
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage corporate, product and customer events and PR activities
? Develop event and PR plans to drive brand awareness and build brand equity for our product brands
? Implementation and coordination of all event initiatives according to plan including but not confining to trade exhibitions, baking competitions, road shows and special events
? Manage event and PR budgets to ensure effective execution of all event and PR activities within budget
? Advertising and PR write-ups
? Monitor and report competitive event and PR activities
? Assist National Marketing Manager in all advertising activities
? Media networking and establish effective relationship with relevant media to maximize brand exposure at both trade and consumer levels
? Assist National Marketing Manager in all brand building initiatives
Candidate Profile:
? University graduate
? 3 to 5 years event marketing and PR experience
? Excellent presentation skills
? Strategic thinking and ability to develop event marketing and PR plans to achieve business plan objectives
? Possesses media networking and experience
? Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
? Outgoing and pleasant personalities
