Purpose of Job:
To deliver technical training programs in Aftermarket Service and Lean Manufacturing at basic to advanced levels based upon Hyster China training strategy and business requirements.

Main Job Responsibility:
1. Develop various technical training courses designed to enhance skill level of technicians and engineers with various degrees of existing capabilities as well as to keep such staff familiar with specific product/trouble shooting/manufacturing technique
2. Collect, create and compile training materials to match the training program needs and keep such materials updated with the latest industry or product information
3. Deliver and conduct trainings according to training plan and ensure each training result achieves high rate of quality, efficiency and satisfaction
4. Provide recommendations and feedback to department head as well as Training team to address training needs and effectiveness of each program
5. Keep regular knowledge development by using available training, existing product materials and interaction with overseas professionals; Make regular product and technology investigation to enhance course development and training delivery skills
6. Work closely with HR to manage and implement Hyster China Trainee Program annually
7. Assist to develop technical qualification standards for maintaining the grading system of field service engineers and production technicians

Job Specification:
1. College degree with major in mechanics or electrics
2. Minimum 5 years experience in technical support function in heavy machinery industry with at least 1 year training experience
3. Solid knowledge and hands-on experience of internal-combustion engine and hydraulic knowledge is a must
4. Good presentation and communication skill
5. Strong in problem solving and willing to learn attitude
6. Good command of English both in verbal and in written
