职位描述
Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Reports To: LBS AP R&D Manager
Direct Reports: Shown in Organisation Chart
Purpose/Objective:
Rampup staff to support LBS R&D project as planned.
Area of Responsibilities:
1. Make design according to given spec sheet;
2. Develop new designs and processes;
3. Cost responsibility for new design;
4. Preparation of all relevant documents for "product standard" ;
5. Support marketing and product managament creating manuals for new products;
6. Support engineering creating SAP relevant documents like BOM, routing;
7. Production support to solve design issue;
8. Improve current designs;
Person Specification:

Qualifications & Education: | ? Over bachelor degree, Engineer or comparable education |
Skills & Knowledge: | ? PRO E experience ? Basic knowledge of mechanics processing |
Experience: | ? 5 years above, experience of mechanics design |
Personal Skills / Attributes: | ? Development & training of technical draftsmen ? Align methods / tools / processes with RG Manager Mechanical Design of R&D center NUS ? Cooperate with each department and implement and follow strictly the company regulations ? Good team player |
Other areas: eg. Language & office skill | ? N.A. basic English reading will be better ? Computer level: Proficient with Word, Excel |
