岗位职责

Plan and deliver work for projects respecting: scope, timing and deliverables under the
authority of the project managers whilst maintaining Company processes and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments to identify technical & commercial risks associated with design
changes and develop and apply suitable risk mitigation actions so as to achieve highest
possible rate of on time project delivery.
Keep abreast of latest developments in technologies, tools and processes. Identify
opportunities to use these latest developments to improve the product offer, and
incorporate into modified design approaches and/or product designs through carefully risk
managed implementation plans.
Support team and cooperate with industrial, purchase, and quality people.
Drive fast and effective investigation and resolution of problems in released product
designs, following the defined processes and interfacing correctly with the relevant
databases & tracking systems.
Ensure products comply with relevant safety & environmental impact legislation

岗位要求

Highly organised, with proven ability in the delivery of project needs
working within strict time constraints. Would be expected to take a pro-active approach to
identification & mitigation of project risk so as to deliver high quality products, often to
challenging timescales.
A good communicator, able to clearly articulate views. Must possess good
interpersonal skills. Able to present a good cooperation at all levels within the industrial, purchase and quality team.
Good team player, able to support and contribute effectively as a member of the Global
R&D team.
High degree of familiarity with Engineering processes. Knowledge of procedures for
design validation and functional verification
Experience and knowledge in the following areas of mechanical design in an electrical/electronic environment.
At least 3 years in MV product CB or Cubicle design.
