岗位职责

-Lead technical team to deliver new product design, existing product evolution, and customer support.
-Manage the technical teams’ competency development plan and execution including mechanical, Continuous Improvement, electronics and. Lab
-Manage site budget (project and operation) planning and execution by collaboration with cross functions and management

岗位要求

Competency needed
-Strong Medium Voltage product (AIS, GIS, VCB, Cubicle …) design, engineering and application knowledge.
-Product development management skills with related process and tools.
-Good leadership skills on team development and motivation.
-General cross function knowledge on marketing, industrialization and quality
Requirement – Must to have:
1.Education: Bachelor degree in mechanical relevant specialty
2.Technical: minimum 10 years design/development experience in mechanical product; Low voltage circuit breakers/switchgears with good product knowledge and skillful in design tools is preferred.
3.Management: minimum 3 years team management experience with direct/function reporting.
4.Leadership: good cross function or project management skills/experience.
5.Language: Fluent oral and written English & Mandarin
