职位描述
岗位职责 Lead firmware team for the accurate and timely delivery of development projects in H2I China Offer Creation Center.
Manage firmware development to accomplish schneider-electric strategies for new technologies, product development & cost reduction. Maintaining and continuously improving the quality system, and achieving quality objectives through daily actions 岗位要求 Have bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, automation control engineering , computer science or other technical relevant engineering discipline
Have 6+ years of progressive work experience in an appropriate technical discipline, previous experience with developing applications on HMI industry experience is preferred.
Have extensive experience with firmware development, debug and support; understand Micro Processor, DSP, Digital Circuit and RTOS (Kernel, Driver...); be proficient in Assembly/C/C++ programming;; have experience with configuration management, defect tracking and revision control tools.
Have excellent project management skills including planning, organizing, tracking and driving to milestones and deliverables.
Have strong teamwork/team building, communication and collaboration skills.
Have good written and verbal English skills |
