职位要求：

Have bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, automation control engineering , computer science or other technical relevant engineering discipline

Have 6+ years of progressive work experience in an appropriate technical discipline, previous experience with developing applications on HMI industry experience is preferred.

Have extensive experience with firmware development, debug and support; understand Micro Processor, DSP, Digital Circuit and RTOS (Kernel, Driver...); be proficient in Assembly/C/C++ programming;; have experience with configuration management, defect tracking and revision control tools.

Have excellent project management skills including planning, organizing, tracking and driving to milestones and deliverables.

Have strong teamwork/team building, communication and collaboration skills.

Have good written and verbal English skills.

职位描述：

Lead firmware team for the accurate and timely delivery of development projects in H2I China Offer Creation Center.

Manage firmware development to accomplish schneider-electric strategies for new technologies, product development & cost reduction. Maintaining and continuously improving the quality system, and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.
