Objective:

Responsibilities:
1. Manage projects execution, cover product requirement, product design, testing, certification, launching according to different project nature.
2. Manage project planning: including project feasibility study, project schedules, resources planning, and critical paths, etc,
3. Manage project deliverables and phase controlling, ensure projects are completed with good quality, on time, and on budget.
4. Organize project review, update project dash board, and manage the communication to management.
5. Coordinate and interface across different functional departments.
6. Promote the Quality and Customer Focus within project teams.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree above, major in Electronic engineering or equivalent.
2. Five years above project management experience. Automation Control Industry background would be a plus.
3. Understand well project execution cycle and key elements. Understand the product development nature of electronics, firmware & software.
4. Understand the way to convert marketing requirement into product specification.
5. Basic financial knowledge. Basic industrialization, supply chain related knowledge.
6. Excellent English both in oral and written.
7. Excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility, initiative, team Spirit.
