Main Job Responsibility:
-Fulfill open positions (new hire / replacement / out of plan / intern) in North China
-Talent mapping on direct competitor / key targets inside industry
-Cold call to candidates
-Recruitment channel maintenance
-Recruitment related data maintenance and report
-Campus recruitment
-Others assignments from team leader or department head
Qualifications:
-1-3 years recruitment experiences, ideally in real estate industry. Fresh graduate is also accpeted.
-Bachelor degree in a related field
-Fluent Mandarin and English skills
-Good communication skills to various levels of staff
-Remain calm under pressure
-Ability to influence and persuade
