The primary accountabilities include:
Role of the assistant for Purchasing in headquarters, following the daily purchasing work in headquarters
- Communicate with Requester to understand well the to-be-purchased item.
- Key in the Purchase Request to ERP system.
- Place Purchase Order and follow the PO status and push any of the chain to ensure the on-time delivery and receipt.
- Do Good Receipt and Internal Use in ERP system.
- Coordinate with and report to Purchaser in headquarters.
Role of the assistant for Data maintenance in headquarters
- Manage and check supplier data for whole China.
- Communicate with BUs for information checking.
- File and set up a reasonable reminding and alarm system for supplier data.
- Coordinate with and report to DMC in headquarters.
Role of the assistant for Stock managing in headquarters, following the inventory and physical goods receipt and stock out
- Manage the stock items and follow the physical stock in and out.
- File well related document for tracking.
- Do inventory and come out updated stock status.
- Coordinate with and report to Purchaser in headquarters.

- Good communication skill and client-service attitude.
- Patient and logical minded.
- Strong Responsibility.
- Good control on domination the working time and the different missions by priority level.
- Eager to learn
- College education level or above.
