职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
· Prepare management reports for management and corporate reporting
· Perform financial analysis and review with team members
· Prepare and review of audit schedules
· Establish and implement a good internal control system and meet UTC internal control requirment.
· Prepare quarterly schedules for corporate reporting
· Prepare quarterly and annual budget
· Manage intercompany billing and accounting
· Prepare cashflow forecast and manage cashflow requirement
· Liaise with Aerostructure OE and value stream team in Chula Vista on Aerostructure’s management requirements
· Liaise with corporate finance group on financial matters
· Liaise with auditors on statutory audit and internal audit
· Liaise with tax agent on China corporate income tax
· Supervise and develop Finance staff
· Any other ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as assigned by Financial Controller

Employment Requirements:
· Degree in Accountancy from a reputable University
· A member of a reputable Institute of Certified Public Accountants of China will be an added advantage
· At least 8 years of relevant experience with at least last 2 years at managerial position
· Good working knowledge of PRC corporate income tax, accounting and audit standards, and corporate secretarial
· Preferably familiar with US GAAP requirement
· Preferably with audit experience
· Familiar with integrated ERP system, preferably SAP
· Well-versed in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Powerpoint and Word
· Past working experience with a MNCs will be an added advantage
· Strong analytical skill
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
· Good interpersonal and supervising skills
· Must be able to communicate fluently in English (written and oral – at least a CET 6) 举报 分享
