职位描述：
Description
1. Know well setup production line, normal assembly machine, test machine and painting machine.
2. Setup the work instruction as per the process parameter and update as when required.
3. Training operators at the start of each shift for 10 Mimutes to explain the priority, change in Plan, up gradation etc.
4. Design assembly fixtures for machine.
5. Process development for assembly SOP and train cross function.
6. Monitor cycle time as per the standard working process.
7. New machine develop for special design of product broken rate.
8. Support production supervisor and quality team to non comfirming parts.
9. Plan and implement Corrective Action and Preventive Action.
10. Grievances Handling.
11. Maintenance and preservation of fixtures and toolings.
12. Develop 5S/TPM/Safety standard.
13. Attend the meeting as per the schedule.
14. Help SAP subproject for SAP system building
15. Develop and maintain BOM and routing

Requirements
More than 5 Years’ experience about machining in mechanical plant
Mechanical or Mechatronics back ground in university
Know well valve assembly is better
Good communication skill
Fluent English
ISO9000， Lean or JIT，Office software， AUTOCAD 举报 分享
