职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in the company is in place.
2. Co-ordinate, measure and evaluate the Customer Satisfaction Measurement.
3. Co-ordinate with the process owner to establish the TQM 7-Steps CAR with regards to customer complaints, feedback or quality issues.
4. Perform Internal Quality System and Process audit.
5. Coordinator for the company Quality Initiatives, programs and implementation.
6. Site QA monthly reporting, monitoring and follow up.
7. Participate in Company Business Continuity Plan, Crisis Management and Control.
8. Coordinate for the company Quality Awareness program / Orientation.
9. Participate in selection, qualification of new suppliers, vendors or subcontractor.
10.Train internal quality auditor based on the ISO 9001 requirement.
11. Company EHS matters;
12.Perform other job related duties as and when requested by superior.
Requirements:
1. Recognized degree or equivalent
2. At least 2 years or more in the QA/EHS profession
3. Be proficient in written & reading English.
4. Mature and able to work independently
5. Knowledge in Statistical Quality / Process Control
6. Experience in ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 28000, HACCP, CRM and 6-Sigma is and added advantage
