Department Description:
LBS - O2C
Tasks Description
1. Create and manage orders (including Sales orders, return orders, back orders, delivery blocks) in systems
2. Manage order related complaints from distributors timely
3. Participate the development of electronic-order system for Consumer Health (CH)
4. Offline collect the documentation for new customer set-up and customers’ information change, closely collaboration with Master Data team to ensure orders could be placed in SAP system
5. Support the Commercial Sales Force in daily business operations and help to manage the distributor order, distributor’s license information enquires, etc
6. Initiate deliveries for distribution of finished goods in a timely and accurate manner with relevant documentation in place, and oversee fulfilment including manage customer inquiries on delivery status and work with supply chain function for receiving customer delivery confirmation
7. Collaborate with other functions (Product Supply, Accounting, other O2C team) to ensure smooth operation of whole end-to-end O2C process
8. Ensure achievement of service level agreement defined, and execute the continuous improvement on relevant O2C areas
Requirements Description
?Bachelor degree with major of commercial or business administration related preferred.
?Above 3 years related industry experiences, order management experience is highly preferred
?Familiar with order management process in industry/manufacture company
?Good computer skills (Excel&PPT) and communication & Coordination in cross function,
?Good at English both oral and written.
?Detail oriented and organized
