Position Summary
岗位概述
? Local representation of the project to the customer, consulting engineer and consortium partners;向消费者作当地项目的展示，咨询工程师以及合作伙伴
? Definition of local tasks, functions and roles required for the project together with the PM;与泵部门共同确定当地的任务，项目的分工和角色;
? Management of the local project team;当地项目团队的管理工作;
? Maintaining time schedule and progress reporting tools;维持按时间表落实工作以及作进度汇报
? Organization of local project meetings (internal, external);组织当地项目会议（包括内部和外部）;
? Calling and execution of regular local team meetings;邀请和组织召开日常的地方团队会议;
? Integrated project controlling (progress, schedule and costs);整合项目控制要素（进度、时间表和成本）
? Reporting to the Project Management;向项目经理汇报
? Involvement in local purchasing concept and major purchasing decisions;参与地方采购讨论和主要采购决策;
? Claim and risk management, crisis management together with PM;与泵部门承担索赔与风险管控工作以及危机管理工作
