工作职责：
                             1.Responsible for Optical Process in the production line.
                             2.Identify and implement process improvement alternatives to increase/optimize yield, efficiency and performance.
                             3.Develop an optical process if necessary, perform Design of Experiments (DOE) and process validation, determine process capability (CPK), and define quality control plans.
                             4.Provide support to the production line for troubleshooting.
                             5.Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor which arise.

          任职要求：
                             1.Master’s degree or above, major in optical telecommunication.
                             2.A minimum five years of experience in the fiber-optics industry or a related industry.
                             3.Process engineering experience in optical alignment processes utilized in the fiber-optics industry, as noted above.
                             4.We are looking for rigorous, proactive and enthusiastic candidate for this role.
